Prices are subject to change due to availability, seasonal demand, fuel charges, taxes, or supplier price changes.
Payment must be made as per the schedule shared at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payments on time may result in booking cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation charges depend on the service provider’s policies (hotels, airlines, transport operators, etc.).
Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and service fees.
No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

Any additional cost arising due to itinerary changes must be borne by the customer.

Customers are responsible for carrying valid ID proof, passport, visa, permits, and travel documents.
Isha Tours is not responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or exit due to incorrect or insufficient documentation.
For international travel, passport validity should meet destination requirements.
Customers must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
Isha Tours is not responsible for illness, injury, or accidents during the tour.
Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior causing disturbance may result in termination of services without refund.
Isha Tours acts only as a booking agent for hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other service providers.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, damages, or injuries caused by third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for loss of luggage, personal belongings, or valuables.
